Refund and Exchange Policy
When shopping instore, please choose carefully, Esteem’s Boutique do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.
You may choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don’t do as they are supposed to do.
Please note: No exchange or refund on sale items.

Privacy
Esteem’s Boutique is committed to complying with legislation governing privacy of personal information by businesses. Esteem’s Boutique has relevant security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of personal information under our control. Any personal information you provide will be stored and managed by Esteem’s Boutique and will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and will not be added to any third party mailing lists.

Product Display
Although we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our garments, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any colour will be completely accurate.

Postage Information
Esteem’s Boutique are happy to post items within Australia if you would like to make a purchase over the phone. In most cases a flat rate fee of $15 postage will be charged. Some larger items may incur a larger postage fee. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to goods occurring in transit.
