Exchange Policy

Due to the popularity of our range we have an extremely fast turnover of stock so we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size in stock to exchange. If you wish to exchange an item please follow the below process:

Step 1: Complete the online exchange form
Step 2: Post the item/s to Esteem’s Boutique in original condition within 7 days of receiving the item/s.

If available, we will put your requested item aside for you while we wait to receive your returned item. In the event that we cannot fill the request, we will issue a refund. The standard refund policy applies.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no exchange on International orders. Esteem’s Boutique will refund all International orders; if you wish to purchase an alternative size please do so by making a new purchase.

Returns must be received in original condition, as defined: Unworn, Unwashed and Tags still attached.

Items which are not received in their original condition as defined above will automatically be returned to sender, so please take due care when trying on your order. In particular, take care not to get makeup/deodorant/perfume on the garment. In the rare event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition and is rejected, the decision is final and not negotiable.

You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items. Esteem’s Boutique are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error. It is recommended that you (1) use a traceable delivery method for all returns and (2) insure your delivery for safe return to Esteem’s Boutique so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to undertake the advised recommendations you are responsible for loss or damage to the product during shipping.
